cheap slippers April 16, 2010 scuba diver (Mpls MN) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I bought these slippers for the great price and that is about all I got. I have narrow feet and went down a size to accomodate, but they are still too wide. Have velcro tops so you can tighten, but it didn't improve the fit significantly. They are sufficient for shuffling around the house, but I won't buy them again.
These Are So Worth What I Paid March 12, 2010 Hootie (Lady Lake, FL) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I had been looking for slippers like these for some time, but when I did find something like these, they were always $15 or more. Then I would find "reduced" priced slippers, but white slippers were always - no longer available. These are the most plush and the most luxurious slippers I have ever worn. The sole is thick...with a lot of cushion for walking comfort. The velcro closure allows for an adjustable fit. I wear a size 9 and ordered accordingly, but I think that they may run a little small. These slides, whether purchased for the home or for the spa, are absolutely lovely and worth every bit what I paid for them.
COMFY, COZY, CUSHY, & PRACTICAL! February 23, 2010 FaireMaiden (Yon forest, *lol*) Well, aren't these just the coziest slippers ever! Your foot slides so easily inside, to be greeted with a 'pillow-step' cushion. Makes walking in them so comfy.
Then, you have the velcro option for those days/nights when you want to wear a pair of socks. Just open the velcro, slip your socked-tootsies inside, and close the velcro. Voila! a perfect fit!
They are so easy to slip into when, in the middle of the night, you have to get up for a glass of water, or go to the loo. Slippers that have backs on them you have to wake-up more fully to fuss with to get the backs on around your heels, or, you slip your foot in and just end-up stepping on the back, thus crushing it down while you shuffle/drag your quasi-slippered feet along on your task.
Which is what brought me to these Isotoner slippers. I realized that I had been doing just that to my backed-slippers... crushing down the backs in the night to the point where I ended-up walking around with them like that during the day as well.
What I needed was a slipper that had an open back, but allowed me to cover my feet at my convenience. And this Isotoner slipper allows me to do just that.
The soles have decent tread, so that when I walk on our hard-wood or tile floors, I don't slip and slide... another nice feature.
On the practical-side, these slippers are machine-washable. I toss 'em in with my towels and, again, voila!, they come out like new... fresh, clean, and comfy-cozy.
It's so nice to find a product that works, and is practical to-boot. I love these slippers!
Comforatble and affordable slippers February 13, 2010 BAGH (New Orleans, LA USA) These are my third pair of Isotoner spa slides. I love the white ones best because they wash easily and always look impeccable. They are very comfortable, and conveniently adjust to bare feet or feet attired in thick socks. Perfect for people with extremely narrow or wide feet. These really should be considered a unisex slipper with spa characteristics.
comfortable February 8, 2010 L. Santos (Aiea, HI USA) ...but the velcro feels like it's gonna come apart at times and sometimes makes that cracking velcro noise when walking. Under foot it's very comfortable though.
